Repair and maintenance of commonly used crushers

II. Maintenance and repair of crushers:

due to the different working principles of crushers, the development of crushers has also shown a diversified development, and the increase of types will inevitably lead to various problems. 1. Before commissioning, you must check whether the lines are in good condition. (I) problems of crushers:

now there are many crushers on the market, which can not only cut feed vines and tall stalks, but also crush sweet potato and corn. They are commonly used in rural areas. With the extension of service time, the machine often has the following faults: 1. Weak work during crushing; 2. Do not start; No electricity

(II). Maintenance of crusher: (generally, it can be repaired by itself)

1. First check whether the power socket, plug and power line have oxygen shedding and fracture. If not, plug in the power supply and try the machine.

2. When the motor is powered on and does not rotate, and the wheel can rotate by gently pulling the wheel by hand, it can be concluded that one of the two starting capacitors of the machine is caused by the capacity failure. In this case, only new products are generally available

3. Another situation is that it does not rotate when powered on, and it can rotate when an external force is applied, but a weak current sound is emitted in the motor, which is caused by slight leakage of starting capacitor. If the current is too loud, the motor cannot be started at all. It is concluded that it is caused by the short circuit of the starting capacitor (the short circuit of the motor coil needs professional repair). If there is no professional instrument, remove the capacitor (4uf/400V), insert the two leads into the zero and live wire jacks of the mains power respectively to charge the capacitor, and then remove the two leads to short-circuit discharge. If discharge sparks can be emitted and there is a loud "snap" sound at this time, it indicates that the capacitor can be used; If the spark and sound are weak, it indicates that the capacity of the capacitor has decreased, and it is necessary to replace it or add a small capacitor. If the capacitor is damaged and short circuited, this method cannot be used, and it must be replaced with new products of the same specification

(III). Maintenance of small high-speed crusher:

small high-speed crusher: the general quality of this kind of crusher is not easy to damage, and daily maintenance is more important. The following is the maintenance focus of small high-speed crushers

1. Check whether the lubrication of the bearing is good

2. Check whether all fasteners are fastened

3. Check whether the transmission belt is installed correctly and in good condition. If it is found that the belt is damaged, it should be replaced in time. When there is oil stain on the belt or sheave, it should be wiped with a clean cloth in time

4. Check whether the protective device is in good condition. If the protective device is found to be unsafe, it should be eliminated in time

5. Check whether there are materials or other sundries in the damaged cavity. If so, it should be removed according to experts

6. Check whether the head or jackscrew of the hydraulic jack is returned, and whether the adjusting gasket is correctly installed and compressed

(IV) maintenance method of pulverizer fan:

pulverizer is a kind of agricultural equipment that is widely used. Powder can be used for packaging food. During the working process, due to the very high speed, poor working environment and lax sealing, sand and soil cause serious wear to the wind, causing the impeller body and hub rivet head to fall off, as well as fatigue cracks at the rivet holes. How to repair the fan has become a thorny problem, so as to pierce the paint layer and measure each point directly. If the maintenance method is slightly inappropriate, it will not only fail to achieve the purpose of repair, but also may make the fan completely scrapped. Fans have been tested for dynamic balance. Because of their high speed, they also have high requirements for their balance, especially the impeller of the fan, which is very sensitive to the external imbalance, but does not have high requirements for the small imbalance in its center. According to this feature, the following methods can be used to repair the faults prone to occur in the impeller:

a simple and practical maintenance method for the pulverizer fan is introduced below:

1. If the rivet head of the impeller is worn, the worn rivet head can be returned to the original normal state by pressing the impeller body and the hub with electric welding surfacing

2. In the case that fatigue cracks are easy to occur at the rivet hole, the whole unused new welding rod can be used to repair the cracks, but it should be carried out symmetrically with the impeller axis as the center. The remaining welding rod at the crack should be left here, and then a new welding rod should be used to repair the symmetrical rivet hole cracks. After welding, the remaining welding rod is as long as the remaining welding rod at the symmetrical rivet repair, so as to ensure the equal weight of the welding rod. If there is no crack at the symmetrical rivet hole, the welding rod should also be overlaid here to offset the newly repaired welding weight at the crack of the symmetrical rivet hole. The cracks can be repaired by welding according to this symmetrical method

3. Carry out simple dynamic balance test on the impeller, and the method is also very simple. After supporting the impeller, move it by hand to rotate it gently, and the place that cannot reach the balance will stop at the lowest point and swing left and right. If there is a bias, spot weld the impeller on the opposite side to increase the weight to balance it, or grind the welding marks of the bias impeller with an angle grinder to achieve balance, so that the fan can be repaired and work normally

4. Note that during the repair of the fan, you cannot spot weld randomly with electric welding, and leave the welding mark on the impeller, so as not to affect the balance of the fan impeller, fail to achieve the purpose of repair, and cause greater losses
