Repair methods for forklift wheels and tires
1 Car repair
1) if the bearing hole of the bolt is worn, the roundness error is greater than 1.5mm or the bearing surface of the tire bolt is uneven, it can be repaired by surfacing
2) cracks between bolt bearing holes or between large holes can be repaired by welding
3) if there is desoldering or loose rivets at the connection between the spoke and the rim, it should be re welded or re riveted
4) if there is a crack on the rim, it can be repaired by welding
2. Repair of wheel hub
1) when the wear of inner and outer bearing seat holes of wheel hub is greater than 0.05mm, it should be repaired by chrome plating
2) the oil seal seat hole is unevenly worn or has a dent of more than 0.15mm, which can be repaired by welding
3) the circumferential surface in contact with the brake hub should be flat. When the circular runout of the hub centerline is greater than 0.1mm, it should be turned and repaired
4) wheel hub factor 3: when cracks appear in the software and hardware brake hub, the groove can be welded to grind the oil cylinder and leveled
5) when the internal thread of the bolt hole of the fixed halfshaft is damaged, it can be re drilled and tapped after surfacing
6) when the circular runout of the end face in contact with the semi axonal flange is not greater than 0.1mm, it should be corrected
3. Damage and repair of tires
forklift tires include pneumatic tires and solid tires. The tire inflation pressure must be in accordance with the standards specified by the original factory, and must not be too high or too low. If it is too high, the elasticity of the tire will be reduced and the ply will be easy to break. Too low air pressure will cause severe deformation of the tire, increase the temperature, cause degumming or fracture, and may also cause the outer tire to move on the rim and wear the bead. In serious cases, the inner tire valve mouth will be torn
(1) if the outer tube has cracks, holes, blisters, delamination and other damage, it should be repaired or repaired according to the specific situation
if there are continuous cracks around the carcass of the outer tire, the tread rubber has been polished and has large holes, and the carcass thread layer has annular cracks and the whole circle is separated, it should be replaced
(2) the recent five gold tool torque detection equipment of the inner tube has ushered in a new opportunity. When a small hole is found, it can be hot or cold repaired
1) reference specification of hot patching oil: specific gravity: 0.86-0.97: file the rough around the damaged part of the inner tube, stick the hot patching glue on the damaged part, and make the small hole of the hole just in the center of the patching glue, then align the tyre patching clamp with the hot patching glue, tighten the screw, press it tightly, and then ignite the heating agent on the hot patching glue. After minutes, it can be bonded tightly
2) raw rubber mending (cold mending): file the circumference of the inner tube breach rough, apply raw glue, and then apply the secondary glue after the glue surface is slightly dry. When the glue is air dried, stick the prepared raw glue on the breach, pressurize and heat it, keep the temperature for min to vulcanize the raw glue, and bond tightly after cooling
the inner tube is folded, broken seriously and cannot be repaired; Aging, sticky and deteriorated; Deformation and cracks can be scrapped and replaced
